Anyone who knows me well knows I am always up for an adventure, especially if it involves a hike with a rewarding view in the end!  However, this year, I am on a mission to cross off a few zip line adventures.  Here is my list:

Ocho Rios, Jamaica– Mystic Mountain Rainforest Adventures offers a zip line through a rainforest with a glimpse of Dunn River Falls.

Pricing:  $114.40 adult, $92 child 15% discount if you book online

Kahuku, Hawaii– CLIMB Works Keana Farms begins with a 10-minute, two mile ATV ride to the top of the mountain where a 3-hour guided tour begins.  The beauty of this zip line is that you are soaring over a farm that produces one million pounds of produce each year for local vendors.

Pricing:  $169 per person

Las Vegas, Nevada– Vegas, to my surprise, has a thriller of a ride and how fitting is it that it is named SlotZilla!  Yes, it looks like a slot machine! You have the option to fly as a bird or sit on a canopy that will take you through downtown Las Vegas.  Of course my choice will be the super hero style!

Pricing:  $25, 7 stories up zip line (sitting) or $45, 11 stories up zoomline (super hero)

Orlando, Florida– Screamin’ Gator Zip Line at Gatorland will give you views of a gator pond below where a marsh full of 130 giant alligators will be, to add to the heart pounding experience.  If you are a thrill seeker, this is definitely the one for you!
