As we approach the end of 2018, here is something to think about…do you want to make a difference in the world? Why not incorporate volunteering in your next trip and if you have a blue crush like myself, go to an island destination where help is in need.
One of my goals next year is to travel abroad as a volunteer and hopefully it’ll be in one of these six Pacific/Caribbean nations. It would be a dream come true to serve as a volunteer in another country! As I delve into opportunities online, I found a few non-profit organizations whose humanitarian efforts are notable in the Caribbean. If you want to build a home, teach children, assist with ocean life awareness and conservation, work with children in an orphanage, help in the sports arena, there are many options! Join me in making 2019 a year of giving back to our world as we travel.
I am inspired by our youth especially since I know support and guidance is detrimental to our children’s success. I would have never understood this until I had a child of my own. There is no love like that of being a parent, unconditional and patient.
You all know I have a blue crush therefore here are a few Caribbean and Pacific destinations in need of our help! Also, if you want to join me in planning this adventure please message me as well. I’d love to get something started for 2019!
